Our mission
The Mosaic Journal aims to illuminate social issues and their impact on mental health by presenting diverse perspectives and innovative solutions. We seek contributions that offer unique insights into community challenges through various lenses—social, psychological, scientific, and spiritual.
What are we looking for?

1. Examine a specific community challenge or social issue
2. Analyze its impact on individual and collective mental health
3. Offer innovative solutions or interventions
4. Present research or insights from one or more of the following perspectives:
social commentary
mental health practice
scientific research
spiritual or holistic approaches

Word count: 1,500-3,000 words (longer submissions may be considered for research-based articles—please inquire if your piece exceeds the standard word count)
Include a 150-word abstract summarizing your article
Include a brief author bio (100 words max) and relevant credentials
Use APA format for citations
Submit as a Microsoft Word document
